Office CIRCULAR

This is to inform all undergraduate and postgraduate students that the office hours for submission of any requisition letters for leave or academic purposes or hostel purpose is only permitted in the break time only.

(1^st year BDS – 11:00 AM TO 11:30 AM)

(2^nd & 3^rd year BDS – 12:00 PM TO 12:30 PM)

The students will not be permitted in the office other than during the above mentioned period and neither will any of the office staff accept any letter other than during the above timings.

The signed letters can be collected back from the office after college hours i.e. after 2.30pm or on the following day during the break time.

Also be informed that minimum 2 - 3 working days will be required for preparation of bonafide, loan letter & etc

Prior Appointment is a must to meet The Principal
